This page explains what this site collects when you ask about vehicle financing, who receives it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this website actually does.

Who runs this site

TxAutoApproval.com is operated by TX Lead Forge as a lead generation service. It is not a lender and makes no credit decisions. See the disclaimer.

What we collect

• The short form: your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code.
• The full application, if you continue: date of birth, current and previous address, how long you have lived there, employer, job title, how long you have worked there, monthly income, pay frequency, your stated credit score range, and your Social Security number.
• Basic technical information: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you viewed, used to measure traffic and catch spam submissions.

The application asks for a Social Security number because lenders require it to run a credit application. You do not need to give one to use the short form.

Who we share it with

• Your submission is recorded by this website and passed to TX Lead Forge, which operates this site.
• It is then sent to dealerships and lenders so they can work your financing request. They may contact you directly by phone, text or email.
• Those dealerships and lenders pay for these enquiries. That is our business model, and it is how the service is free to you.

We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers or to data brokers.

Tracking on this site

A first-party script records anonymous page views and time on site so we know which pages are useful. It does not collect your name or contact details. This site does not currently run advertising pixels; if that changes, this page will say so.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to work your request and to keep a record of what was sent where. If you want it removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
• Tell any dealership or lender that contacts you to stop — they must honour that.
• Do not submit the form if you would rather not be contacted. Nothing on this site requires you to give details in order to read it.

Children

This service is for adults financing a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
